This is a powerful mountain boot that is made for the longer and more demanding trips. Briksdal is a durable boot, with good stability and fit. The upper part of the boots is made of water-repellent full-grain Nubuk - leather, and they have a Gore-Tex IInsulated Comfort - membrane that keeps your feet dry regardless of the weather. Briksdal is equipped with A.B.S.S (Ankle Bone Support System) which leads to good stability in the boot despite for the low weight. The soft shaft follows the natural shape of the lower leg, while the flexible leather forms well around the foot - and provides good support. The tongue is made of elastic textile, so that the amount of excess material is reduced. Briksdal has the lacing pulled all the way forward, as well as a locking hook above the instep. This allows you to lock the position of the heel, which results in a boot that sits very well on the foot. Briksdal has a Vibram sole for good grip on all kinds of terrain. The removable Air Mesh EVO insole transports moisture away from the foot. Briksdal has a fastening device for Crispi® gaiters.
